Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- friendly and enthusiastic attitude

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- willingness to learn cooking techniques and food preparation

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day with no freezers, microwaves or can openers
- work confidently across multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- deliver exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- support team efforts to maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- engage with customers positively and handle inquiries or concerns
- participate in training and development programs to advance skills
