Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Pass background check as required
  • Availability to attend training sessions

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset but not required

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service
  • Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
  • Assist with training and supporting new crew members
  • Uphold company values and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Handle digital tips and cash transactions accurately
  • Support holiday closures and special operations as needed
