Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Must be able to follow health and safety guidelines
- Prior experience in food service or customer service is helpful but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without freezers, microwaves or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work and dining areas
- Uphold Chipotle’s standards for food safety and quality
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
