Job Requirements

  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Have basic math skills to count money and make change
  • Be physically and mentally capable of operating standard restaurant equipment
  • Be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • Must wear uniform including hat, name tag, clean pressed apron, white collared shirt, dark blue jeans without rips or holes and nonslip shoes
  • Minimum age requirements may apply

Job Duties

  • Arrive in a timely manner and ready in position at the start of your scheduled shift
  • Demonstrate respect and dignity in dealing with others including team members and guests
  • Follow the communication guideline established in your store

  • Hold yourself accountable for your designated responsibilities on your shift
  • Dedicate yourself to learning and being capable of executing multiple tasks
  • View guests as highest priority and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Respond to specific guest needs and resolve problems with urgency
  • Adhere to Brand and company standards delivering quality food and beverage
  • Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines including compliance with laws
  • Maintain clean and neat work environment including stocking and cleaning
