Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Availability for full-time or part-time shifts
- No prior cooking experience necessary
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food according to Chipotle standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Operate various work stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant
- Learn and adhere to Chipotle’s food preparation techniques without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities
