Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently on various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a friendly atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Support team members and collaborate to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Promote and uphold Chipotle’s standards for food quality and safety
- Participate in training and development to advance career opportunities
