Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Able to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- No prior experience necessary but a willingness to learn is essential

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Prepare fresh food by hand daily using high-quality ingredients
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards strictly
- Support team members and foster a collaborative work environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Engage guests with care and respond to their inquiries and needs
