Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around for extended periods
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness

Job Duties
- Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues to provide a friendly and memorable customer experience
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment throughout the park
- Monitor courts and safety conditions as a Court Monitor
- Serve customers efficiently in the Café
- Host parties ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth event flow
- Manage front desk membership sales and assist with customer inquiries
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests in a busy and dynamic environment
