Job Requirements
- food quality that meets Jersey Mike's specifications and high-quality standards
- providing customer service at the highest level possible throughout the restaurant
- must have reliable transportation to and from work
- willingness to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, stooping, reaching, and lifting
- must be able to lift and carry up to at least 50 pounds unassisted
- able to safely use all store food preparation equipment
- commitment to company goals
Job Qualifications
- 0-1 year experience in food service
- 0-1 year experience in cash handling
- customer service skills and ability to interact with customers and co-workers consistently
- ability to follow Jersey Mike's franchise standards
Job Duties
- Provide food that meets Jersey Mike's specifications and high-quality standards
- provide service that is above and beyond for the customer
- maintain a clean store and workplace
- set up the store including food preparation
- ensure food safety and sanitation including cleaning, sweeping, and mopping
- operate slicer (18 years old and above only)
- operate tomato slicer (17 years old and above only)
- follow directives of Operations Partner in execution of responsibilities
