Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Ability to handle fast-paced work environment
- Basic food handling and safety knowledge is a plus

- Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is beneficial but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food by hand following Chipotle standards
- Operate various workstations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Support and participate in team efforts to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Assist in training new crew members when necessary
- Uphold Chipotle’s commitment to food safety and quality standards
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming and positive dining experience
