Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Pass applicable background checks and/or drug screens as required by location
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service experience a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location

- Desire to learn cooking and food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate well with others
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily with no microwaves or freezers
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Support team members and facilitate a cooperative work environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Uphold company standards in food preparation and guest interaction
