Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand every day following Chipotle's quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a friendly atmosphere
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Participate in training programs and demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills
