Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand every day without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- handle food safety and sanitation standards
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- support efforts to promote Chipotle's mission and sustainability practices
