Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn and perform various food preparation tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

- Pass health and safety training and compliance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for serving customers and teamwork
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food quality
- Collaborate with team members to maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization
- Support training and development of new team members
- Operate POS systems for accurate order taking and transactions
