Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Willingness to learn and perform various food preparation tasks
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment a plus but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills

  • Passion for serving customers and teamwork
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
  • Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food quality
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization
  • Support training and development of new team members
  • Operate POS systems for accurate order taking and transactions
