Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without freezers or microwaves
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Work confidently across stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Follow Chipotle’s standards for food safety and quality
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Adhere to restaurant policies regarding cleanliness and health regulations
- Contribute actively to training and supporting new team members
