Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years old
- have the ability to communicate in the primary language or languages of the work location

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- passion for food and customer service
- willingness to learn food preparation and cooking techniques
- prior experience in food service or restaurant roles is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- prepare real food by hand daily without the use of freezers or microwaves
- provide outstanding customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- participate in training programs for skill development
- support holiday closures and shift schedules as required
