Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physically able to perform the duties of the job including standing for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and adhere to food safety and cleanliness standards
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment

- Prepare real food by hand daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Participate in training and development programs to advance skills and knowledge
