Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation
- pass background check if required
- comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- ability to learn and operate multiple stations

Job Duties
- prepare real food by hand in various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- collaborate with team members to maintain restaurant cleanliness and efficiency
- assist in training and mentoring new crew members
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- handle cash and digital tips accurately
- participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities
