Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
- Able to lift at least 20 pounds
- Comfortable interacting with large groups of people
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Monitor trampoline courts to ensure safety compliance and enforce park rules
- Provide excellent customer service and greet guests warmly
- Assist with party hosting and event coordination
- Manage front desk responsibilities including membership sales and customer inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in the café
- Communicate effectively with team members and park management to address guest needs
