Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand according to company standards and recipes
- Provide excellent customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstations and restaurant
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards consistently
- Support training and development of new team members
