Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to follow food safety and hygiene protocols
Authorization to work in the applicable country
Pass any background checks and screening processes as required

Job Qualifications

Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
Willingness to learn how to cook and operate in a kitchen environment

Job Duties

Prepare real food by hand every day using fresh ingredients
Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Handle digital tips and support payment processing
Participate in training sessions for skill development and career advancement
