Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food service experience is not required
- Must be available for full-time or part-time shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work in person
- Must be punctual and reliable
Job Qualifications
- Cashier experience is a plus
- Barista experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Positive attitude
Job Duties
- Ensure that guests receive outstanding customer service
- Understand all in store marketing promotions
- Store clerk responsibilities
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve restaurant performance
- Communicate customer requests to management
- Report to the assistant manager and store manager
- Contribute to outstanding customer service experience
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by a manager
