Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day in the restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- Support team members and customers with a passion for helping
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Learn and adhere to Chipotle's food preparation methods without using microwaves, freezers or can openers
- Participate in continuous learning and training opportunities provided by Chipotle
