Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate and support team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations
- Learn and adhere to Chipotle's no-freezer, no-microwave, no-can-opener food preparation policy
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Uphold company values of diversity, equity, and inclusion
