Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced food service environment
- Legal authorization to work in the location
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- Desire to learn how to cook
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to work full-time or part-time with flexible schedules
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily with no freezers, microwaves or can openers
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a friendly atmosphere
- Follow training to develop cooking and operational skills
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the restaurant
- Support efforts to create a better food experience and promote the company’s mission
