Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- passion for helping and serving others
- desire to learn how to cook
- availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- strong communication skills
- enthusiasm for food preparation and customer interaction
- willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant processes
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily without using freezers, microwaves or can openers
- work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- participate in training programs to increase skills and knowledge
- support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- adhere to safety and health regulations
