- experienced Tropical Smoothie Cafe crew member
- completed Cafe Basics Training Program
- completed Certified Trainer Program
- strong communication skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- positive attitude and enthusiasm
Job Duties
- Interact with crew members and customers using Tropitude
- deliver unparalleled hospitality to each customer
- be knowledgeable and proficient in each cafe position
- successfully complete the Cafe Basics Training Program and Certified Trainer Program
- ensure each station operates to cafe standards
- train and coach crew members during shifts
- use tools to manage labor and control inventory
- perform additional tasks necessary to run the cafe
