- Create and package menu items according to SONIC standards
- Assist customers with menu options and customizable combinations
- Operate frozen treats, beverage fountain, or switchboard stations as assigned
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Support team efforts to improve performance and achieve goals
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
