Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food preparation

Job Qualifications

- Previous customer service or food industry experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills

- Prepare real food by hand every day
- Work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and job knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to ensure restaurant operations run smoothly
