Job Duties
- Monitor courts to ensure safety compliance and guest enjoyment
- Operate café equipment and serve food and beverages
- Host birthday parties and special events engaging with guests
- Manage front desk operations including membership sales and check-ins
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and common areas
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to uphold park safety and operational standards
