Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily with no use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Learn and work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized restaurant
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in training and mentoring new crew members
- Participate in company initiatives focused on sustainability and community support
