Job Requirements
- 16+ years of age
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift 50+ pounds for the duration of your shift up to 8 hours with scheduled breaks
- Function in a fast-paced and noisy kitchen environment
- Tolerance to temperature fluctuations
- Work with hazardous substances such as hot oil
- Read, write, speak, and understand basic English
- Communicate clearly
- Use a basic computer system ex. cash register
- Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Available to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule per the needs of the business
- Adhere to company's policies and procedures, as well as city, state, and federal laws and mandates
- Fast casual/fast food experience preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift 50+ pounds during shift
- Capable of functioning in a fast-paced and noisy kitchen environment
- Ability to tolerate temperature fluctuations
- Ability to work with hot oil safely
- Basic English reading, writing, speaking and comprehension skills
- Clear communication skills
- Basic computer literacy including cash register operation
- Visual acuity including close, distance, peripheral vision and depth perception
- Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
- Fast casual or fast food experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Provide friendly, fast and accurate service
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions
- Prepare food items at grill, fry, and dressing stations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas including lobby and prep zones
- Follow food safety protocols and handle hazardous substances safely
- Support team members across different stations during shifts
- Adhere to company policies and health and safety regulations
