Job Requirements
- Willingness and ability to stand and move for most if not all of your shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment including headset, register, and grill
- Must follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food and serve customers
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food according to Wendy's brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Use restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills

- Support team members and actively contribute to a cooperative work environment
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly
