Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Dependable and punctual
- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to help others
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Willingness to learn and use restaurant equipment
- Follow brand standards and maintain cleanliness
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Basic math skills for handling cash registers
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and serve food according to Wendy's brand standards
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant including dining, kitchen, and restrooms
- Handle cash and complete transactions accurately
- Assist in training new crew members and support team collaboration
- Follow all safety and health regulations to ensure a safe work environment
