Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, prep, salsa, cashier, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere
- operate kitchen and dining equipment safely and efficiently
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- support team members and collaborate effectively
- learn and apply Chipotle’s food preparation techniques and standards
