- meeting the physical demands of the position which includes standing for long amounts of time and lifting up to 50 lbs
- ensuring clear communication between the register and food line staff
- being knowledgeable of the brand and menu items
- following sanitation and safety procedures
- greeting customers to make them feel comfortable and welcome
