Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- ability to make correct monetary change
- motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly perform precise movements
- ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- willingness to operate all equipment
- willingness to stock ingredients and prepare products
- willingness to clean equipment and facility regularly
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- ability to operate store equipment efficiently
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- ability to comprehend and follow written instructions
- experience in customer service preferred but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with point of sale or computer order entry systems beneficial
Job Duties
- Receive and process telephone orders
- take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- prepare product according to company standards
- operate all store equipment safely
- stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
- clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- communicate effectively with customers and coworkers to process orders
- enter orders accurately using computer keyboard or touch screen
- make correct monetary change with speed and accuracy
