Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods without a break
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a pleasant attitude
- Compliance with dress code policy
- Adherence to call-off procedures
- Must be able to lift and reach as required by position
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Possession of all required documents and permits as per state and federal law
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to follow company standards and policies
- Demonstrated good people skills
- Ability to maintain a neat and groomed appearance
- Willingness to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Food preparation - preparing raw ingredients for menu item production
- Menu item production - preparing menu items for orders
- Guest assistance - dining room/lot, dining room cashier, drive-thru cashier and drive-thru outside order taker (if available)
- Daily operation - receiving and storage, preventative maintenance, opening and closing procedures
