Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years of age
- ability to make correct monetary change
- provide excellent customer service
- operate store equipment safely
- maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility
- handle telephone and in-person order processing
- possess basic math skills
- have the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
Job Qualifications
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to comprehend and follow written instructions
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- ability to operate a computer keyboard or touch screen
- effective motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers
- experience in customer service is a plus
Job Duties
- operate all equipment
- stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- prepare product
- receive and process telephone orders
- take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers to process orders
