Job Requirements

Basic computer skills
Basic math skills
Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
Minimum age requirements as applicable
Availability to work flexible hours including shifts on weekends and holidays
Willingness to adhere to uniform and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

Basic computer skills for online training
Basic math skills for handling money and making change
Physically and mentally capable of operating standard restaurant equipment
Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
Capability to perform pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus

Job Duties

Arrive in a timely manner and ready in position at the start of your scheduled shift
Demonstrate respect and dignity in dealing with team members and guests
Follow communication guidelines established in the store
Respond positively to coaching and feedback
Hold yourself accountable for your designated shift responsibilities
Learn and execute multiple tasks confidently
Prioritize guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines
Maintain cleanliness in work and guest areas including restrooms
Follow uniform standards including hat, name tag, apron, shirt, dark blue jeans, and nonslip shoes
