Job Requirements
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
- Minimum age requirements as applicable
- Availability to work flexible hours including shifts on weekends and holidays
- Willingness to adhere to uniform and grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- Basic computer skills for online training
- Basic math skills for handling money and making change
- Physically and mentally capable of operating standard restaurant equipment
- Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- Capability to perform pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Arrive in a timely manner and ready in position at the start of your scheduled shift
- Demonstrate respect and dignity in dealing with team members and guests
- Follow communication guidelines established in the store
- Respond positively to coaching and feedback
- Hold yourself accountable for your designated shift responsibilities
- Learn and execute multiple tasks confidently
- Prioritize guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness in work and guest areas including restrooms
- Follow uniform standards including hat, name tag, apron, shirt, dark blue jeans, and nonslip shoes
