Job Duties
- Greet and acknowledge customers upon arrival at car wash
- have knowledge of car wash packages and unlimited plans
- assist customers and answer questions about different car wash packages and provide the best buying experience
- guide customers into the wash bay
- monitor and maintain accurate store inventory and supply levels
- keep car wash, windows, and parking lot clean, well-stocked, organized and safe
- perform light preventative maintenance
- protect company assets
- assist customers in resolving concerns cheerfully
- wear appropriate uniform and maintain cleanliness
- work as an integral part of a team
- communicate effectively with co-workers and customers
