Job Duties

- hold yourself accountable for your designated responsibilities on your shift
- dedicate yourself to learning and being capable of executing multiple tasks
- view guests as highest priority and ensure satisfaction before they leave
- resolve guest problems with a sense of urgency
- adhere to brand and quality standards
- follow all safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines
- maintain a clean and neat work environment
- adhere to uniform standards including hat, name tag, clean pressed apron, white collared shirt, dark blue jeans, and nonslip shoes
