- Prepare real food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and welcoming environment
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Follow food safety and health standards rigorously
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by demonstrating enthusiasm and a helpful attitude
