Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high volume customer service environment
- Ability to sit, stand, and move about the park for long durations
- Capable of lifting at least 20 pounds
- Strong commitment to safety and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred but not required
- Basic customer service or sales experience is a plus
- Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the park for extended periods
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Job Duties
- Monitor courts to ensure safety and compliance
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and members
- Assist in café operations including food preparation and sales
- Host and facilitate birthday parties and group events
- Manage front desk activities including membership sales and guest check-in
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth park operations
