Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around for long durations
- Able to lift at least 20 pounds
- Able to communicate frequently in a busy and loud environment

- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Previous experience in high volume, customer-facing roles is a bonus but not required
- Customer service or sales experience considered an asset
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around for extended periods
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Job Duties
- Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues to provide a friendly and memorable customer experience
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment throughout the park
- Monitor trampoline courts to ensure safety compliance
- Assist in café operations including food and beverage service
- Host parties ensuring a fun and organized event experience
- Manage front desk operations including membership sales and guest check-ins
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to resolve issues promptly
