Job Requirements
- ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- willingness to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- commitment to following brand standards and maintaining cleanliness
- positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- readiness to learn new tasks and responsibilities
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer service orientation
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- prior experience in food service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- take and prepare customer orders
- operate restaurant equipment including registers and grills
- ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant
- provide excellent customer service and support to team members
- handle cash and daily transactions
- assist with opening and closing duties
- follow all brand standards and safety guidelines
