Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required

Job Duties

Prepare food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere for customers
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
Learn and develop cooking skills
Support company values related to sustainability and quality food
