Job Duties
- Greet and acknowledge customers upon arrival at car wash
- Have knowledge of car wash packages and unlimited plans
- Assist customers and answer questions about different car wash packages and provide the best buying experience
- Guide customers into the wash bay
- Monitor and maintain accurate store inventory and supply levels and communicate with leaders when low
- Keep car wash, windows and parking lot clean, well-stocked, organized and safe
- Perform light preventative maintenance
- Protect the assets of the company
- Assist customers in resolving concerns cheerfully and helpfully
- Wear appropriate uniform, footwear, and name tag and maintain cleanliness of uniform
- Work as an integral part of a team
- Assist and communicate effectively with co-workers and customers
