Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily using fresh ingredients
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Operate various workstations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Support training and development of new crew members
- Uphold Chipotle's standards for quality and sustainability
