Job Requirements
- Willingness and ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Capability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- Ability to follow brand standards and safety guidelines
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to make things right if something doesn't seem right
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic math skills for handling cash register operations
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages according to brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting and interacting with customers
- Assist team members and contribute positively to the work environment
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe workplace
- Address and resolve customer concerns effectively
